Refund and Returns Policy

At Chicago IP Solutions, we provide tailored technology solutions and services on a subscription basis, billed monthly. Because our services are custom to each client, we do not offer traditional “returns” or partial refunds once a monthly subscription period has started.
1. Subscription Billing
- Services are billed on a monthly basis.
- Payment covers the entire month’s service, regardless of when the subscription is canceled.
2. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel at any time.
- When a subscription is canceled, service will continue until the end of the current paid month, after which no further billing will occur.
- Access to services will automatically terminate at the end of the billing cycle in which cancellation occurred.
3. Refunds
- Because our services are custom and delivered in real-time, refunds are not issued for any portion of the month already paid.
- If a subscription is canceled mid-month, the customer will still have full access to services for the remainder of that month, but no refund will be provided for unused days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in the event of:
- Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).
- Service interruptions caused directly by our systems that significantly prevent use of the service.
Requests for refunds under these exceptions must be submitted within 10 business days of the billing date.
